We will ship Scottish souvenirs overseas only, for all other orders outside the UK please phone first.
There is a minimum charge of £10.00 on all orders with exception of orders delivered within a 5 mile mainland radius of oban which is free. If you qualify for free delivery then use the free delivery rate at the checkout. Please do not use this option if you stay outwith the 5 mile radius as this will delay your order. You may return all items purchased at McDougall's Ltd within 1 year of the original sale. In the unlikely event that you do need to return an item we will arrange for it to be picked up. No returns will be accepted after 1 year. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
The following items may not be returned:
Goods damaged due to improper use or incorrect construction.
Goods damaged during transit.
Items with excessive wear and tear.
Any item we deem not to be faulty due to ours or fault of manufacturer.
